Dr. Ryan Bailey, PT, DPT, WCS
Dr. Bailey is Doctor of Physical Therapy, earning her degree from the University of New England. She is a Board Certified Women’s Health Physical Therapist and Prenatal and Postpartum Exercise Specialist with training in Pilates. Dr. Bailey has extensive training in maternal pelvic health and exercise through the Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and countless years of mentoring and work with women of all ages. Her passion is working with women to optimize pelvic health from conception to motherhood to bring balance and function for the whole body. She works with her patients to develop strategies to help moms work through fertility issues, avoid common pregnancy pains, prepare for and heal from birth, restore & reconnect to your body as a mom to avoid common pelvic health issues like incontinence, pelvic girdle pain, painful sex, prolapse and diastasis recti. Dr. Mackenzie Cooledge, DC
While finishing up her B.S. in Communication Disorders at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA, Dr. Mackenzie was introduced to the wonderful world of Chiropractic. Turning to a new path, she continued her studies at the esteemed Sherman College of Chiropractic in South Carolina. During her time at school, she dedicated extra time to become Webster Certified. A loving wife and mother, her passion is working with children and their families. Other hobbies include gardening, taking care of her family’s two dogs and other animals, hiking, camping, kayaking, arts and crafts, and reading.

Shelby Guptill RD, LD
Shelby is a registered licensed dietitian practicing in the Seacoast of New Hampshire. She is a graduate from the University of New Hampshire and completed her dietetic internship with a focus in nutrition counseling and education. Shelby has extensive training in integrative medical nutrition therapy. She collaborates with patients to develop effective care plans that take into consideration every aspect of well-being. Shelby is an in-network provider with Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and United Health Care.

Adrienne Irizarry is a Certified Peristeam Hydrotherapist from the Peristeam Hydrotherapy Institute and owner of Moon Essence, LLC. She works with women to regulate cycles at every stage of life - menarche through post menopause. She uses steam, herbs and Chinese dietetics to bring a woman's body into better balance and to recover from childbirth. Adrienne's passion for Chinese Medicine over the last decade, particularly in the area of food and nutrition, continues to grow and now includes cupping and acupressure in addition to her steam therapy practice. Adrienne continues to seek training to expand her ever-growing toolkit to empower women to care for their bodies. When she is not with clients, she is enjoying life with her husband and their three vibrant children.

Pam Jaeger, LMT
Pam is a Certified Massage Therapist who understands the importance of meeting each client’s individual needs. Combining different techniques such as Swedish, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and others, she takes a therapeutic approach to bodywork. Prior to graduating from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, Pam worked in the healthcare industry, assisting patients with registrations and credentialing providers. It was during this time that she discovered preventative care is the best method to maintain proper health. Being a massage therapist allows Pam to be part of the healing team; she uses her knowledge and intuition to create a plan specifically designed to aid in well-being.
Pam is an avid hiker, reader, baker and the parent of two amazing teenagers. In her free time, she is often roaming the woods with her family, dancing to music in her kitchen or grabbing a cup of coffee with a book. She believes education is key to her practice and often finds herself in the classroom or online learning about the body.

Health and Safety courses are taught by Kendra a Red Cross LTP and EMT Basic. She and her husband have two daughters. It is because of them that she has a passion to help others. Having CPR, First Aid and AED training makes her a more confident parent.

Krista is the Founder and Owner of Relief - Parenting Respite & Resource Center and Relief Doula Agency, as well as being an Advanced Lactation Consultant, a DONA International Advanced Postpartum Doula and Postpartum Doula Trainer, and a Certified Childlight Yoga Infant & Toddler Instructor. Krista holds a BS in Family Studies from the University of New Hampshire and has assisted hundreds of perinatal families in the Seacoast, NH, Southern ME, and North Shore, MA areas for more than twelve years. Krista leads infant and toddler yoga, parenting education classes, private parenting consultations, and places trained postpartum doulas in-home with families. Krista loves walking the streets of downtown Exeter where she lives with her high school sweetheart husband and their two very active and precocious boys.

Jennifer Roop, BS Child & Family Studies
Jennifer Roop graduated from UNH with a BS in Child and Family Studies with a Specialization in Early Child Development in 2006. Jennifer has over 15 years experience working in the Early Childhood Field, including working as an infant teacher in NAEYC certified child care centers and coordinating a Home Visiting New Hampshire program out of Northern Strafford County. Jennifer completed three semesters of Sign Language while at UNH and has used Sign Language as a teacher, parent, and parent educator. Jennifer is a New Hampshire native and currently resides in Dover with her husband, two daughters and a new puppy. In her free time Jennifer enjoys crocheting, reading and photographing her two girls.

Mary is Master of Psychology, earning her degree from the Pepperdine University. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Mary specializes in woman's health focusing on managing anxiety, depression and perinatal mood disorders. Mary provides mental health counseling to women from conception through motherhood to bring balance, perspective, and some grace back into their lives. She takes a collaborative approach with clients to help clients learn to trust themselves, needs and gut instincts once again. Kaitlyn Tilton, MS, OTR/L, NTMTC
Kaitlyn has been practicing as an occupational therapist since 2007 after receiving her Master's Degree at the University of New Hampshire. She has enjoyed experiences all over the country specializing in rehabilitation efforts for stroke and spinal cord injury survivors, dementia care, ortho-trauma, and elective surgeries. Her true passion, however, was recognized after she began working in a level III NICU, caring for the world's most fragile miracles, and only grew with more experience working with families on the pediatric and maternity units. Kaitlyn quickly observed how influential her skills are with providing proper developmental care and therapy for infants as well as fostering confidence and abilities in parents as they prepared to bring their baby home. She furthered her training and became one of the first four clinicians in New Hampshire to be certified in neonatal touch and infant massage.

Sarah Welch, LCMHC
Sarah is a licensed clinical mental health counselor proving individual and couples therapy to those seeking counseling at Relief. Sarah received her undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Dartmouth College and master of arts degree (M.A.) in clinical psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. Her training and practice in psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy inform her approach in treating clients. Sarah’s individual work focuses on women’s issues including depression, anxiety, and trauma. She also provides couples counseling which focuses on issues including communication, boundary setting, parenting, and intimacy. Sarah approaches her work with clients from a perspective of open-mindedness and genuine curiosity about their experiences.
