Gift Certificate FAQs

  • Relief Gift Certificates are available for purchase both online, using the "Buy Now" button provided above, or in person at the Relief location. When buying online, you can choose to send the gift card to the recipient via email or print it after the transaction is completed. If you prefer to have the gift card written out on an official Relief Gift Certificate, please reach out to us. In this case, kindly provide us with the gift card number received during the purchase.

    For in-person purchases, you'll receive both the gift card number and a written copy.

  • Gift Certificates are offered in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, or customizable amounts.

  • The Relief Gift Certificate can be applied towards a variety of services, including Prenatal, Parenting, Lactation & Babywearing Consultations, Classes, Groups, Series, Workshops & Events, Respite Room, Work Room, Lounge Room Sessions, and Childcare appointments.

  • Relief Practitioner Services are distinct from Relief Services and their payments are processed separately. As a result, Relief Gift Certificates cannot be used for Relief Practitioner Appointments & Services. If you wish to purchase a gift certificate for Relief Practitioner Services, please get in touch with the practitioner directly.

  • Certainly, if you are engaging in Relief Doula Agency Services, a Relief Gift Certificate can be utilized to cover the available packages. Exceptions may apply.
