Shared Work Room Session

Our Semi-Private, Shared Work Room provides a quiet, relaxing space to complete tasks that seem insurmountable when little ones are under foot. This work room space is shared with one other desk and divided by half wall partitions. Take this time to bring your laptop and complete some items off of your to do list! WIFI available and included.

Cost:

1-Hour Session Fee: $12

2- Hour Session Fee: $24

3-Hour Session Fee: $36

Childcare is available with your session! Childcare is available for $10-$12 per child/per hour. Please book your childcare session simultaneously.

 
 

Private Work Room Session

Our Private Work Room provides a quiet room to complete tasks that seem insurmountable when little ones are under foot. This work room space is private with a desk, additional monitor, and door to shut for privacy. Take this time to bring your laptop, log in to work, take a ZOOM meeting, meet with an in-person client, or make phone calls. WIFI available and included.

Cost:

1-Hour Session Fee: $18

2- Hour Session Fee: $36

3-Hour Session Fee: $54

Childcare is available with your session! Childcare is available for $10-$12 per child/per hour. Please book your childcare session simultaneously.

Lounge Session

Grab a coffee, tea, or water, snag a spot on one of our our comfy couches, and enjoy some time to lounge in our lounge while your child(ren)* play in childcare. Our Lounge is a shared space available for caregivers in 1, 2, or 3 hour sessions. Use this time to sit back and relax, get a bit of work done, and/or socialize with others.

Additional days/times may be available upon request. Need a private space to work or rest? Reserve a Work Room or Respite Room session!

*Please note: Each session includes pricing for one child in childcare. Siblings will be charged a rate of $10-$12/hour separately; please notify staff in advance of session if additional childcare for siblings is needed. 

*Subject to availability. We reserve the right to utilize the lounge space for other purposes.

Work Room FAQs

  • A child-free, distraction-free, clutter-free, clean and quiet space where the coffee is ready and so is your list of “to-dos” to get done.

  • We recommend scheduling your working session as soon as possible or booking multiple dates simultaneously to ensure your desired session times. Please bring whatever work material you may need (laptop, paperwork, etc). Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to check-in, drop off your child(ren) in the on-premise childcare room, enjoy a drink, and begin to focus. Late arrivals will result in a shortened experience, as your session will conclude at the scheduled time.

    We will supply options for work space (comfortable chairs, couches, desks, larger tables) as well as access to wi-fi

    You are welcome to bring a pair of pajamas and change once in your private room or wear comfortable, yoga-type, clothing.

  • 1, 2, or 3 hour sessions are available. Should you desire more than three hours, please contact us.

  • Yes! Advanced reservations and planning are required and pricing will be based on your needs. Please contact us to make arrangements.

  • Relief - Parenting Respite & Resource Center was developed to fulfill the needs of caregivers with young children. The services focus on overcoming common parenting barriers for self care, such as finding on-premise affordable childcare, a safe place to rest, and professional services surrounding the perinatal experience. At this time, the priority of scheduling sessions, classes, consultations, and events is given to parents. Please call the Center if you would like to learn more.

  • Cancellations of Work Room sessions must be made at least 12-hours in advance of the appointment or you will be charged for the full cost of the session. We also require that cancellations be made by speaking with a Relief Parent Care Coordinator or by email.

  • Yes! Our on-premise childcare is available during your Work Room Sessions. Must be booked simultaneously online or on the Mindbody App.

    Lounge Sessions include childcare for one child.
